We Love MCR Emergency Fund
Urban Revolution, Greater Manchester’s very own obstacle race series, is raising money for the We Love MCR Emergency Fund for its next obstacle challenge at Haigh Woodland Park, which takes place on Saturday, 11th of November.
It is hoped the partnership will raise valuable funds for the charity that was set up in the aftermath of Manchester’s most devastating attack.
As an official partner of the We Love MCR Emergency Fund, the Urban Revolution main event will be donating £1 of every ticket sold to the charity. Anyone that participates will show their solidarity with the people of Manchester, with the proceeds going to help those families directly affected by the tragedy.
Led by ex-SAS celebrity TV trainer and presenter of ITV’s Biggest Loser, Rob Edmond – Race Director of Urban Revolution OCR Series, explains, “We’re really proud to get involved with We Love MCR Emergency Fund. It’s a great Charity and we want to do all we can to help them.”
Taking place on 11th November, the Urban Revolution OCR Series at Haigh Woodland Park hosts a fun-packed event and obstacle course at the historic Wigan venue.
Rob added, “It’s going to be a great event, fun and challenging for everyone. Its open to all ages and abilities to take part. We’re also expecting a lot of people spectating too, so if you just want to come down and watch it’s something that the whole family can enjoy.”
