Salford Community Leisure manages a total of 40 sport, leisure, community and cultural facilities across the city.

We are committed to enhancing the physical and cultural wellbeing of the community by providing a broad range of sports, wellbeing and recreational activities across our venues.

The Helly Hansen Watersports Centre at Salford Quays runs open water swimming sessions and offers visitors the chance to take part in a range of recreational activities, including dinghy sailing, windsurfing, wakeboarding and power boating. The centre also hosts  state of the art climbing facilities.

We also work with local communities to improve the health and wellbeing of the people of Salford through a range of specialised referral programmes.
