Urban Revolution Launch Day. We had a blast!

Together with Urban Attack, we held a media and public taster day to unveil our new race series called Urban Revolution, last Friday at Salford Quays, Manchester. The event showcased a selection of the 30 obstacles that are planned for the main event at Haigh Country Park, Wigan in a couple of months’ time. Ex-SAS celebrity TV Trainer and presenter of ITV’s Biggest Loser, Rob Edmond, led the team warm up and gave us a few hints and tips about how to tackle the obstacles in front of us.

Here’s what happened…

‘Take Off’ Was a hit!

Climbing up ‘Take Off’, swimming across the Quays and jumping over walls, all to run back to the starting point.

Everyone pushed themselves, and fun at the same time

Great to see some of our organisations taking part! Even if it meant getting wet!

10th time round!

The event was the first taster day that will lead to a series of obstacle course races, over 5 and 10Km, planned later in the year and in 2018. We are all looking forward to the main event at Haigh Country Park, Wigan. If you would like to enter yourself or race as a team enter here.

Good Luck for the big race and well done to everyone who challenged the course on Friday!
