What will my role be as an Assistant Manager? The purpose of the job is to provide a professional, efficient and high quality service to customers of Your Trust. This includes overseeing and running the day-to-day operations and performance of the Centre including fitness, children’s activities and programming of facilities as well as ensuring exceptional customer service and health and safety standards.

What will my role be as a Fitness Manager The purpose of the job is to provide a professional, efficient and high quality service to customers of Your Trust. This includes leading, developing and managing all aspects of our fitness suites and studio spaces in terms of enhancing member experience in the gym by delivering inductions, programmes and reviews, in terms of studio based group exercise classes, by adhering to Your Trust brand standards and in terms of increasing and maintaining the fitness membership base of the centre.

The purpose of the role is to coordinate the development and delivery of a dynamic, inclusive, and impactful Creative Learning Programme at Touchstones. Working closely with the wider team, the post holder will help build and sustain stronger relationships with youth services, education providers and key partners engaging them in the research, development and delivery of learning resources, workshops, participatory activities and targeted funded projects. This includes contributing to the implementation of the Creative Learning Strategy and supports outcomes around education, heath, wellbeing and cultural participation for children and young people across Rochdale Borough and beyond.

As a Lifeguard, you’ll: Keep everyone safe in and around the pool Welcome customers and check them in Set up equipment for activities Help keep the centre clean and tidy

Start Your Journey in Swimming: You’ll start by doing 50 hours of volunteering on poolside. This helps you get confident and ready for the course. We’ll then book you onto the Swim England qualification that suits your level. The course is free (normally costs up to £700). What You’ll Do as a Swimming Teacher: Teach lessons to children, adults, and school groups Help swimmers learn new skills and reach their goals Keep the pool area safe and tidy Plan your lessons and keep track of swimmer progress

About Us: We’ve opened a brand‑new gymnastics centre at move Altrincham. It’s a brilliant space for children and teenagers to learn and enjoy gymnastics. The building also has a new gym, pools, and a wellbeing spa. You can read more about the programme here: https://twmove.co.uk/gymnastics/ As a Gymnastics Coach, you will: Make sessions fun and welcoming Help children and young people learn new skills Support everyone, no matter their ability Keep the area safe and organised Set up and pack away equipment Work well with parents and other coaches Help with small admin tasks when needed

The purpose of the role is to lead the strategic development, management and delivery of Your Trusts transformation programmes with a particular focus on digital transformation and future-ready technologies, redefining customer experience, streamlining operations and embedding a culture of digital excellence across the organisation. Will also include contributing to the governance and success of Your Trust through membership and participation of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), ensuring that transformation initiatives align with the charity’s strategic objectives and deliver measurable impact.
