Fitness and Wellbeing Experience Manager



About The Role:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, support and motivate your fitness team to deliver excellent service and help members achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
  • Boost member engagement, sales and retention by creating a welcoming, inclusive and results-driven environment.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the centre to shape and deliver plans that support member wellbeing and overall centre success.
  • Ensure the smooth running of daily operations, being flexible when needed to support the team and centre.
  • Partner with Technogym and other suppliers to keep equipment in top condition and the fitness experience fresh and inspiring.
  • Manage customer communications across phone, email and in-person, making sure every interaction is friendly, helpful and timely.
  • Coordinate class cover and support team development to keep the group exercise programme varied, inclusive and engaging.

To be successful in the role of Fitness and Wellbeing Experience Manager, you will have:

  • A Level 3 Fitness Instructor qualification
  • Experience managing a team in a health, fitness or wellbeing setting.
  • Confidence in running the day-to-day operations of a gym or fitness centre.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver programmes that boost revenue and enhance the customer experience
